I grew up in foster care in illinois. I began school at Devry. At that particular time they did not accept the map grant. My case worker told me to take out the necessary loans and DCFS will reimburse me. I am now aged out and stuck with 20,000 loan. Is there a way I can get DCFS will help me with their promise.
