I am very aware of the Scouting Behind Bars Project. It is a wonderful program. Please visit our website www.hopehousedc.org to learn how we try to keep families connected. it is a sad fact that while 94% of those in prison are men, most of the programs for parents in prison are geared to women, both per capita and in sheer numbers. How wonderful if this program could expand to include boy scouts with fathers.
