The Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for children will hold a training conference for about 1,200 participants on April 1-4, 2006. The conference, to take place in San Diego, is themed, Children: They're Everybody's Business." Its goals are to address issues and techniques that help maximize the effectiveness of child advocates.
