Family Connection Partnership serves as a catalyst for improving results for Georgia's children, families and communities

Our vision is for Georgia's children to be healthy, ready to start and perform better in school, and have stable, economically self-sufficient families.

Family Connection Partnership is a public/private partnership created by the State of Georgia and funders from the private sector. We assist communities in addressing the serious challenges facing Georgia's children and families. We also serve as a resource to state agencies across Georgia that work to improve the conditions of children and families.

Working jointly with Family Connection community collaboratives, we are implementing a vision for community-based support decision making and accountability to build a better future for our communities.
