The mission of Kansas Action for Children is to act as a change agent of policies and systems to ensure that the needs and rights of children in the state of Kansas are met. Quite simply, our mission is "speaking up for children."

Rather than assisting children on a case by case basis through direct services, Kansas Action for Children seeks to improve public policy and public systems. Changes in these arenas affect large numbers of Kansas children.
