Ms. Osborn currently serves as Director of Grants for the Conn Memorial Foundation and President of O2 designs, Inc., which provides project management, strategic planning, development and training for individuals and organizations in the not-for-profit sector.

She has served as Vice President of the American Victory Mariners Memorial & Museum Ship and the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay. Ms. Osborn held the position of Development Director for Florida 2012, The Florida Aquarium and Alpha House of Tampa as well as Campaign Division Director for the United Way for Hillsborough County.

She received her profession certification, CFRE, in 1997 and was named a Hull Fellow by the Southeastern Council on Foundations in 2003. Ms. Osborn is an active community member who continues to provide guidance, training and support to numerous organizations.
