A Village Project Parent Partners is a community service organization offering support, education and guidance to children, youth and families at risk of becoming involved with one or more of King County, Washington's child and family serving systems, i.e. Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), mental health, juvenile justice, special education, special health issues, or those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and those children, youth and families who are living at or below the poverty level.
