The 3rd annual Friends of National Service reception will be held at the Library of Congress (James Madison building) in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, February 7, 2006. Hosted by the National Association of Service and Conservation Corps, this event honors those who have used their voice and influence to ensure that national service programs remain strong.
