April 23-29 is National Crime Victims' Rights Week.

The theme for the 2006 National Crime Victims' Right Week is Victims' Rights: Strength in Unity." The Office of Victims of Crime, U.S. department of Justice offers communities a resource guide available online to plan local activities.
