Capital Income More Concentrated at the TopPosted on March 2, 2006
In late February 2006, CBPP uncovered overlooked data from the Congressional Budget Office that show that the richest 1 percent in the United States received about 58 percent of all capital income in 2003, compared to 38 percent in 1979.
