An article in USA Today says researchers disagree on the data on the dropout crisis.

A researcher who should know better is hyping his report by asking "what dropout crisis?"

The Youth Policy Action Center says young people can tell it like it is--there is no question we have a dropout crisis when thousands of young people without a high school diploma can't make it past the waiting list to get a second chance at an education and job training program in their community.
