The Turn Beauty Inside Out Girls Leadership Retreat 2006 [1] will focus on the music industry. Why aren�t there as many women as men in the music industry � as performers, writers, musicians, and producers? The retreat will give girls resources, knowledge, and skills to create their own opportunities in the field. The four days include active learning workshops, panels, and presentations led by industry professionals, motivational speakers and media activists.

WORKSHOP TOPICS For Girls & Parents/Mentors include:
Media Literacy, Positive Body Image, Building Positive Relationships, Youth Activism, Women in Music Careers...and many more! This retreat is open to all girls ages 8-16 and their parents and/or mentors.
