 <title>Gaining the Arts Advantage: Lessons from School Districts that Value Arts Education</title>

Gaining the Arts Advantage, produced by the President&#039;s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities and Arts Education Partnership (formerly the Goals 2000 Arts Education Partnership), looks at 91 school districts nationwide and identifies 13 interrelated factors that contribute to the creation of strong, district-wide arts education.&lt;/p&gt;
