Despite rumors of a link between vaccination and autism, researchers in this study found no association between MMR vaccination and encephalitis, aseptic meningitis or autism, and no clustering of hospitalizations for autism after vaccination.

The National Network for Immunization Information has redesigned its Web site to allow visitors to more easily find information on child and adult vaccines and current immunization issues. The state-by-state vaccine database is current for back-to-school 2002.
